About Villa Achara
Amidst the hills and limestone cliffs of serene Pecatu, Bali resides Villa Achara, a surreal escape into nature with its traditional Javanese architecture inspired by a Javanese joglo and its intersection with modern living spaces. The seven-bedroom retreat can be rented as a two-bedroom joglo or a three-bedroom villa as per the requirements of guests. Situated within minutes of stunning beaches like Bingin and Padang Padang beach, the villa enjoys a spectacular location close to Uluwatu and its remarkable beachside living.
Outdoor and Pool Area
Villa Achara is a special property that provides stunning and luscious views across a verdant landscape teeming with rolling hills of green. The expansive villa gardens are facing towards this surreal view that even incorporates the four major volcanoes in Bali. There are beautiful, blooming bougainvillea, palm trees and gardens with freshly-cut grass for you to relish while relaxing on the sun chairs. The swimming pool extends towards this majestic view for an infinity-inspired feeling. A thatched-roof bale by the pool houses a neon green, wood-framed daybed – ideal for daytime naps and evening cocktails.
The quaint property is home to a two-storey pavilion which houses three bedrooms, an open-sided lounge and dining area downstairs and two bedrooms and a veranda upstairs. Each aspect of the villa is prime as it incorporates the location and natural ambiance. The comfortable couch, chairs and coffee table setup is charming for your morning or evening tea, listening to some music and enjoying the fresh air. The garden and the patio are one and the same or you can even head upstairs to the terrace for additional lounge space as well as even more spellbinding views of the neighbourhood.
Adjacent to the lounge on the ground floor is the dining area and you will find a similar setup of the terrace since guests are free to rent either the first floor or the ground floor. There is ample seating for guests including wooden chairs and a comfortable sofa for more space. A kitchen is housed on each floor so you have your own space to prepare everything from complete meals to midnight snacks without disturbing anyone. The roof of the pavilion soars high towards the sky as it is an authentic Joglo-inspired structure.
The well-designed bedrooms at Villa Achara are all pleasing to the senses as each of these opens out to either the gardens or the terrace, all of which sits facing unending views of the verdure of the natural landscape. Of the seven bedrooms, two are located upstairs and three at pool level.
Two additional bedrooms with queen beds are located below pool level with steps leading downstairs from the garden. The five bedrooms upstairs are furnished with comfortable king-sized beds for a good night’s rest. There is seating in the bedrooms as well with armchairs, a charming spot for tea. The air-conditioned bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms with showers, double vanities, etc.
