The living area
Nestled by the riverside, Villa Alamanda is fringed by the lush tropical jungle that surrounds Ubud. The villa is built in harmony with nature, ruled by natural materials and enriched by traditional Balinese artifacts and antiques. Villa Alamanda features tropical high soaring alang-alang rooftops, elegant interiors and terrific views of the garden and pool. The living and dining area features a lovely open-air design and for entertainment, there is a separate air-conditioned media lounge room, complete with a DVD library and toys. There is a fully equipped kitchen available onsite and guests can choose to dine indoors or alfresco style out in the garden.
Outdoor and pool area
The outdoor area of Villa Alamanda is spacious and lush green. The large inviting swimming pool overflows gently to the river valley providing guests with great views while swimming in the crystal clear water. On the stone pool deck, guests can relax and sunbathe on the reclining chairs. Breakfast is best enjoyed outside on the circular table as well, to the wonderful garden view. The poolside traditional balé makes a real comfy spot for relaxing in the day, reading magazines and sipping tropical juices or cocktails.
The master bedroom

There is a dressing room and the en-suite bathroom is fitted with a rain shower and tub, overlooking the garden and pool.
The guest bedrooms
Villa Alamanda houses three more bedrooms. The Red Room and the Cinnamon room are tucked in the main pavilion, and the Garden Suite is tucked in a private bungalow. All the rooms feature large king-size beds, air-conditioning and private en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Alamanda is fully staffed with butlers, a chef, housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance staff and security guards. A car and driver are available at a discounted rate, ask the villa manager about it.

Villa Alamanda is found in a traditional Balinese woodcarvers village, just 5 kilometers from Ubud. The villa is surrounded by unspoiled nature and rural life, allowing you to see the authentic Balinese life and hear mystical music coming from the village temple whenever there are ceremonies. In Ubud, you can go wild on delicious raw food and cold-press juices. You can walk through the rice paddies, practise yoga at the Yoga Barn, indulge spa treatments, walk around in the Monkey Forest and see a traditional dance at the Ubud Palace.
