About Villa Kipas Retreat
With views sweeping over the Indian Ocean, Mount Agung, and the scenic landscape of Bali, Villa Kipas Retreat is a three-bedroom traditional home on Bali’s sister island, Lombok. Part of the main tourist hub of the island, Senggigi, the villa is designed in a half-moon shape with two pavilions; one that is a standalone bungalow and the other that is the main pavilion with remaining two bedrooms. Featuring Asian design and contemporary interiors, the villa is a blend of two cultures. Outdoor and Pool Area
The pool’s edge at Villa Kipas Retreat will become your favourite place to relax at since it overlooks beautiful azure waters of the ocean, thick greenery on neighbouring islands, and the majestic peak of Mt. Agung in the far distance. The sand-washed pool or sun deck is lined with sun chairs featuring a deep blue cushioned surface for lounging. The different shades of blue are enough to put you in a holiday-friendly mood. A poolside bale is the right apparatus to an indulgent afternoon nap or evening cocktails against a jaw-dropping sunset.
Living Area
Designed with an old-world charm prevailing within its walls, Villa Kipas Retreat has a high ceiling, a wall dedicated to glass doors that lead to the stone deck outside, and marble floors for a cool ambiance. Faux leather couches stand in the corner to make the seating along with an entertainment unit featuring a flat-screen TV, DVD player, etc. Guests can lounge about and idle away in front of the TV with the doors open to reveal the most stunning panorama you ever set your eyes on. Indoor plants freshen up the space even further with clean air and a cheerful vibe.
The villa’s main living pavilion has been decorated with elegant interiors that have vases, paintings, and hand-crafted wooden feature occupying the spaces. This vast area leads to a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area which displays glass doors that fold back to display the ocean in all its glory. The eight-seater dining table is perfect for family dinners and any meals you wish to enjoy with your loved ones. The kitchen is fitted with top of the line amenities and appliances so you can even cook for yourselves.
Bedrooms
The retreat can be rented as a one-bedroom seaside bungalow or a two-, three-bedroom ocean view villas depending on the number of guests. Each of these three bedrooms is furnished with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub or a shower area. While one bedroom is found in an individual sea-facing pavilion, the other two are tucked away in the main living pavilion. You can enjoy views of the spectacular Senggigi bay and Mt. Agung from any of these spaces.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and fairly spacious also equipped with sitting areas so you can read a book or chit-chat with fellow guests.
Staff and Services
Under the watchful eye of a villa manager, rest assured that the villa runs as smoothly as the day you first arrive. The staff is kind towards the needs of guests and provide everything from housekeeping to general maintenance and security. You are free to prepare your own meals however, upon request, lunch and dinner can be prepared by a member of staff at an additional cost. Other services available only on request include massages, spa sessions, tours & excursions, and airport transfers.
