Villa Mata Air is a 5-bedroom private setting, characterized by its earthy tones and luscious green gardens. 5 separate Bales are hosted within the villa - with only the gardens, stone pathways and the crystal waters separating them. Several steps up the dimly lit stairs, guests are retreated to a tropical haven. High-ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, and a spacious common area, is just the start to this home away from home.
Outdoor & Pool Area
Enjoy views out to the Pangi River, rice fields and the clear blue sky. Along the poolside, Villa Mata Air is furnished with poolside-sunbathing beds for guests to soak under the tropical sun, a Bale as well as a daybed to enjoy the easy swifts of wind. The garden surrounding the property is adorned with vibrant flowers, lively ponds and tall lush trees.
Living areas
With a private butler, pool attendants and personal chef, your stay at Villa Mata Air is ensured to run smoothly. When guests are in the mood to nestle indoors at the villa, the living areas are readily equipped with CD Players, satellite TV with a complete DVD set.
The spacious Bale houses both the dining area and the lounge, under its roof. Whether guests are keen on tasting a local platter or one that is international in nature, the chef is prepped and trained well to do so! The spacious area allows you to connect with friends and family. With the panoramic view to the pool, parents are in perfect proximity to look over their kids splashing in the crystal waters.
Your tropical vacation would not be complete without plenty of recreational activities to choose from. Take some swings at the local golf course, catch some waves at Echo Beach, and book-in to go horseback riding! Villa Mata Air is a short 25-minute drive out away from the Seminyak nightlife and city centre, Seminyak Square.
Bed & Bathrooms
All 5 bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms. Wooden floored, the earthy tones of the suites are complemented with rustic art pieces, a casual seating corner and warm lighting. 3 of the suites are furnished with double beds, whilst the remaining suites each have two single beds arranged.
The bathrooms open up to an alfresco, outdoor shower space complete with freshly mown grass. Think of it as a little garden outside your private room! The limestone coated bathroom floors and walls are accessorized with twin vanities and bright white, warm towels.
Around the villa
Take a short drive out to enjoy to the friendly crowd of vibrant Seminyak or catch powerful barrel waves at the nearby Echo Beach. Neighbouring these shores, guests are proximate to a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from - grab an ice cold Bir Bintang at The Lawn Canggur or perhaps some nitrogen ice cream at Creamery.
A gentle reminder and recommendation to embrace the villa’s neighbouring temples - Pura Petitenget, Tanah Lot Temple and Pura Sadha, all of which are open for public to visit. If you’re lucky, you’ll get to play with cheeky monkeys and get to see Bali’s picture-perfect, cliffside sunset!
