About Villa Papaya
Tucked away in the quiet south of Bali is Villa Papaya---a three bedroom garden haven for the entire family. With its tranquil ambience, airy living spaces, accommodating staff, and proximity to Bali’s popular surf spots, Villa Papaya is a good choice for families or groups looking for an uplifting and relaxing holiday experience. It’s also only a 30-minute drive away from the tourist area of Kuta.
Outdoor and pool area
In the midst of a lush green manicured garden is a sparkling blue 12-meter swimming pool. Enjoy a hot afternoon cooling off in the pool or dip your feet in with a refreshing Mango shake in hand. After a nice swim, hang out in the alang-alang roofed gazebo with a good book in hand.
The living area
Combine antique Balinese furniture with a semi-open air space and you get a rejuvenating living area where you can spend some quality time with family and friends. In the center of the pavilion is the dining area, with its teak dining table that seats eight. Here you can have lunch while overlooking the glistening waters of the private pool. Behind the dining area is the kitchen with its own island and stools perfect for late night snacks. It’s also fully equipped for you to prepare delicious meals in. On the edges of the space are lounge areas. On one side is a day-bed where you can lay back and enjoy your morning coffee. The other side has four wooden lounge chairs, which make a good location for after dinner conversation.
Villa Papaya has three bedrooms: two of which are master suites on opposite sides of the living pavilion while the other bedroom is housed in its own private bungalow. All three rooms have en suite garden-like bathrooms that feature an open-air shower. Guests also sleep in complete comfort on king size beds in any of the rooms. One of the guest bedrooms also has a flat screen TV and DVD player for movie nights where you can curl up in bed with a bowl of popcorn.
Staff and services
No vacation is complete without warm and accommodating service to complete the experience. Let go of all tension and stress as you let the villa’s capable staff assist you with your holiday needs. Whether you’re deciding on your itinerary or which restaurant to try, the staff will gladly assist. They’ll do their utmost best to meet your needs and can even arrange for other services, such as a masseuse or driver, at your request. However, these will be charged separately.
