The Villa Suliac provides a perfectly serene sojourn for the travel weary tourists who step into Legian in Bali for a memorable vacation. The compact and quaint villa can house a maximum of six guests in one go. This property is a perfect combination of nature and contemporary architecture that is a solace to sore eyes. The single leveled house has an elevation difference amongst its defined spaces thereby giving the house an interesting angle from the design perspective. This villa is a prime example that beauty can be well flourished in asymmetry as well, because most of the primary spaces are designed with asymmetry as the driving factor.
The Villa Suliac has three wonderful bedrooms each with a distinct characteristic of its own. Of these three bedrooms, two are considered as guest bedroom. The master bedroom has a direct and private access to the pool deck. One may enter discreetly in this room without having to enter the building at all. The glass wall facing the pool gives its lovely view right from the bed. One of the guest bedrooms located at the corner of the built-up space. The USP of this room is its private open shower inside a discreet tropical garden. The third bedroom is a plain and quaint affair with primary access to the entry terrace.
The outdoor areas of the Villa Suliac are equally interesting as that of the indoor areas. The most interesting part of the villa’s outdoors is the huge asymmetrical stepped swimming pool. Each side of a pool is flanked by two asymmetrical decks thereby bringing balance to the whole design. The pool is elevated from the ground level, which gives away an illusion that the decks are just floating above the waters of the pool. The area from the entrance to the pool is well landscaped by the lush gardens with stepping stones defining the pathways around in a subtle manner. The behind corners of the villa also has two mini tropical gardens to balance out the built-up and natural areas in the villa.
The indoor areas of the Villa Suliac are a tad bit different from the conventional designed ones in the other luxury holiday villas. Consisting of the day-to-day elements of living space, dining and kitchen areas, the indoor plan is a bit irregular. Enclosed on all the three sides, the indoors of the villa seems to be directed towards the open pool at the end. The open planned indoor space has two living areas, one overlooking the pool along with the dining space and the other flanking the kitchen. The second living area has an access to a mini backyard tropical garden.
A team of two staff members caters to all the basic needs for all the occupants in the Villa Suliac. Their friendly yet discreet behavior makes the stay in the house quite comfortable without any complaints. Cleaning duties, housekeeping, maintaining the garden and pool areas along with security are duly taken care of by the staff. On request, a chef can prepare wholesome meals for the guests during their holidays. In addition, spa therapists and masseurs are also available on request.
Even though the Villa Suliac is nestled in a quiet lane, a lazy stroll of not more than fifteen minutes will bring one to the famous Double Six beachfront. The iconic Bali sunset can be best enjoyed from the La Plancha bar. The plethora of restaurants at the popular eat street will pamper the taste buds like nothing else. The numerous high-end boutiques need pamper the shop alcoholics like there is no tomorrow.
